Our Jiu Jitsu grandpa and MMA pioneer Royce Gracie will be stopping by the gym for a seminar on April 27th!

Every time Royce comes into town. I feel like my Jiu Jitsu game changes immensely with what he teaches. It's also always a great time!

Because of mat space, we are doing it on a first sign up basis.

“Working with Rage in the Cage has been a blessing in so many ways. I have experienced how much this group of individuals and competitors move like a family. I am always impressed at all the work it takes to make each event happen.

One thing I have learned is that the preparation it takes for a fighter to be successful is greatly influenced by the people they surround themselves with. Once you step into the cage and face your opponent, whoever you have in your corner will be the voice you hear when the battle rages. Who is in your corner?

I heard a quote the other day I believe really applies here. When Daniel was in the lions den, God didn’t make the lions go away. God closed their mouths. Daniels focus was not on the lions, but on God.

Who we keep in our corners and train with is like building an algorithm. What ever we allow in our thoughts, lives and speech will become what we see the most.

When you pray ask God to send the right people to help you stay focused on him. To help you grow closer to God. To help you stand ready when the fight arrives.”
