A place where recruiters and candidates find the perfect match and create a frictionless environment.
We came to know about the growing unemployment issues when we dug deep and analyzed that more and more aspiring individuals are on the lookout for employment opportunities.
Not only are candidates going through the trouble of finding relevant jobs, but the recruiters are also getting worked up by continuously interviewing in hope to find the best candidates.

But the real problem is,
There’s a gap which keeps candidates and recruiters from coming along to make a perfect match…
By gap means, the candidates that come to recruiters are not the ideal candidates and vice versa.
This is where we come in to solve this problem…
We created GigShare that bridges the gap between recruiters and candidates by letting them forge a connection based on certain criteria…
For that, both candidates and recruiters should sign up and post their details.
Recruiters can also post jobs to find the best fit… We then send text to all the candidates that match the qualifications for the job.
This’s how we solve the biggest problem for the media and entertainment industry by bridging the gap.
