When storms come, we sometimes assume they are the result of something we have done wrong. Truth is you could be experiencing a storm because of your obedience and closeness to Christ. God doesn't promise smooth sailing but a safe landing on your journey. Jesus is for you and with you!

When you turn on a light, darkness has to leave. Jesus and the word of God is the light that removes our spiritual & emotional darkness. If you're experiencing any darkness, step into the light by welcoming God's word and the leadership of Jesus into your life. John 8:12, Ps.119:30

Your prayers go up as a memorial before God. They are in His ears, in His hands and on His mind. Prayer makes you conscious of God, keeps you connected to God, and positions you to receive what you need from God. Don't stop praying. Acts 10:4
