We're setting up a "cooling station" across from Haffye Hays Park in the parking lot of Renewed Life Outreach Center.

Thank you Pastor Chris and Church Family for providing the space for us to set up a place for residents to cool off!

We've set up a "charging station" in Haffye Hays Park near the large pavilion for you to charge your devices.

Transmission service has been restored to our substations!
Our crews have been working on repairs to the substations and main distribution lines in preparation for this moment. Many will be restored as main lines are safely energized over the next several hours and into the morning.
Damage to the single-phase line and tap lines to individual homes come next but can sometimes feel like the longest wait for those affected.
We will get to every single Tri-County Electric Cooperative Member, restoring your lights, air conditioning, and hot showers as soon as possible!

There was a "snafu" earlier today with the Governor's office and the coordination of the fuel trucks in Greenville. The fuel trucks could not be within so many feet of an operating gas station so they had to leave.

However our Sheriff, David Harper got on the phone and coordinated with the Governor's Office to have the trucks return to Greenville with LEO escorts.

The fuel trucks are currently at Greenville Elementary School providing FREE fuel to the residents of Greenville.

Thank you so much Sheriff Harper!! The residents of Greenville appreciates all you do to make sure we're not "left out"

AKA's will be providing hot meals tomorrow at the Community Center.
