We currently meet the first Monday of each month at noon. Please contact us if you are interested in volunteering!

The Rock Hill M. B. Church will be sponsoring their Community Fun Day/Back To School event on July 20th from 10-4PM.
Any students that would like to earn volunteer hours are welcome to help with set/clean-up, supervision (water slide/activities), and assist vendors etc. If anyone is interested, please email Leasie Smith at : [email protected]
Chiles ESE Student Tour

The Chiles ESE Department is pleased to offer a transition tour to our new Timberwolves. We will tour the ESE classrooms, testing lab, and important landmarks around campus.
Meet at the front of the Administration Building by the Clock Tower at 9:55 AM
Please note this will not be a meet and greet with any teachers besides our ESE team. Please join us for the Chiles Student Orientation to meet each teacher and view their classrooms on August 9th.

Back to School Immunizations Clinics will be held on 7/9, 7/11,7/16, and 7/18 from 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. There will be additional clinics on 8/5, 8/6, and 8/7 from 8:00a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Driver’s Ed Students Spring and Summer 2024
If you have taken Drivers Education in the Spring or Summer semester, and are planning on getting your driver’s license before August 12,2024, please contact Scott Hansen at the District Office, PRIOR to going to the Leon County Tax Collector’s Office. The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles implemented a new software this summer and there is an issue retrieving some student information. Mr. Hansen can help. Good day to all Class of 2025 Seniors!!
Superintendent Rocky Hanna and the Leon County School Board invite you to apply for the 2024 – 2025 Student School Board Member vacancy. We are looking for rising senior leaders who are ready to serve in this important role. The 2024 - 2025 Student School Board Member will serve in this role from August 27, 2024 – May 13, 2025. The Student School Board Member represents all students within the Leon County School District and will participate in a variety of leadership activities. These leadership activities include (but are not limited to) attending all Leon County School Board Meetings (starting August 27, 2024), providing valuable student perspectives throughout the school year, attending Student District Advisory Council Meetings, speaking roles at various school district events, and other leadership assignments as requested.
Interested candidates should submit a current resume that incudes up - to - date community service experiences. This information should be submitted via email to Stacey Turknett ([email protected]) by 4:00 pm on Thursday, July 11, 2024. Interested candidates should also be prepared to attend a scheduled zoom interview with various community and school district administrators. Interviews will be scheduled to occur before August12, 2024. The 2024- 2025 Student School Board Member will be announced to our community during the August 27, 2024 School Board Meeting.

• Graphic Designers (Make game day graphics, player spotlights, community sponsorships)
• Equipment Managers (Assist Coaches with setting up equipment & providing game assistance)
• Sideline Reporters (Write articles, conduct interviews, produce news segments- make it yours)
• Basketball Halftime Entertainment Crew (Design contests & games for home games- have fun!)
You will get to attend team functions, travel to away games and more. We have lots of sports to cover, so come join us and be an important part of the team!
