Inspired by an original 1950's Old Fitzgerald diamond decanter, the packaging and series honor both the history of the Old Fitzgerald brand and the historic Bottled-in-Bond designation. Our "Sunday Selection" this week is from Parker's Heritage Collection, a 10-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye whiskey bottled at barrel proof. Aged across 5 different rickhouses and floors. As the barrels continued to experience all 4 seasons of Kentucky weather, the proof in each bottle began to vary, depending on each barrels aging location. The liquid was then combined and bottled un-cut and non-chill filtered in order to preserve this Rye Whiskey in its purest form.
