Yes! You can make up missed days. You can double up and take 2 classes in 1 day to make up for any days you might not be here.

Bhakti Yoga with Caulley Sunday at 3pm! Join us as we deepen our yoga practice through this devotional, heart-centered path of this practice. The goal of this practice is to tap into something that allows us to leave feeling better than when we started. We will do this through breath, movement, stillness, and music. The practice of bhakti yoga invites us to fully participate, to engage in the mantra, the asana (movement), the prana (breath) of the practice. Much of the movement will be linked to breath and music. Heated class. Sign up under special events.

Happy Summer, Yoga Friends!! ☀️
I realized last week that we haven’t done a yoga challenge in AGES. And so I decided that summer time is a GREAT time to recommit to your practice— Physically, Emotionally, and Spiritually ✨
This is the halfway point through your year. And it just might be the right time to re-evaluate your goals, progress and most importantly your self care rituals.
While I know there is a lot of traveling + vacationing happening in July....I know there’s also a big loss of routine and healthy habits.
So, if you do plan to be in town enough to complete this challenge...Then I hope you will join the rest of your community for the revival of our 30 Day Yoga Challenge!
Take 30 classes in July and win a $15 studio credit.
Yes! You can make up missed days. So you can double up and take 2 classes in 1 day to make up for any days you might not be here. As long as you attend 30 classes in the month of July, you will have completed the challenge.
No need to register and no extra cost other than your regular membership or class cards to attend class— Just sign your name on our challenge poster in the lobby and grab a sticker to mark each time you complete a class. Who says you’re too old for sticker rewards?! 😉
I’ll put the chart up at the beginning of next week sometime so you can claim your spot and declare that you’re in!
Embrace this opportunity to create the life you desire and deserve as you come into the 2nd half of 2024. We can’t wait to support your ongoing growth! 🌟

Hey, Hot Yoga Lovers… Brittani here 👋🏼
Here we are… smack dab in the depths of Florida summer heat. It came FAST and FURIOUS, too.
As hot yoga teachers we are ALWAYS closely monitoring the heat temps in our classes, and there’s a big adjustment on our end when the first heat waves hit outside.
Many of you have shared your concerns about how hot our classes have been the past couple weeks and I’m so grateful you come to me with these things 🙏🏼. We have been having a team wide discussion about ensuring we are keeping our hot classes at a safe + manageable temperature.
I have given strict instructions to our awesome teachers to lower our temps all around. Believe me, I agree with you, we just don’t need the heat to be raging inside during summer time! ☀️🕶️💦
Our teachers are all in full agreement and are committed to adjusting their classes appropriately. It takes us a (hot) minute to get used to these adjustments with the heaters though, but we can all assure you we are doing our due diligence to make sure our classes are enjoyable and safe.
‼️But remember! You as the student must also hydrate and nourish properly before taking Hot Yoga. Electrolytes are CRUCIAL. Water is CRUCIAL. Pacing yourself is CRUCIAL. Be sure you are prepping yourself safely and accordingly as well!
My virtual door is ALWAYS open. If you have any concerns about any of our classes, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Every single one of our teachers wants to know if we can improve anything at all, at any time.
Our classes are still hot! 🔥 But safety always has, and ALWAYS will be our top priority. So we will do what we gotta do to uphold these values at Rising Om Yoga. ✌🏼
Alright friends, now let’s keep on sweatin’ 😅💦☀️
-Brittani
Staff Highlight ✨ Meet Evie Mizrahi
1. My grandmother would show me a few poses (she had her teacher certification) when I was super young and my mom brought me to a hot yoga studio when I was around 9 or 10. I immediately fell in love with the community and culture and the way it made me feel. I’ve been practicing ever since!
2. My favorite poses are peaceful (exalted) warrior and tree pose
3. I’m getting my teacher certification next spring!! (y’all better take my classes😉)
4. Whew. The people! I’ve never been a part of such an incredible, supportive, high vibrational community like this. It’s truly so magical. I am eternally grateful to be involved and get to share such a beautiful space with such beautiful people :)
Yoga Nidra with sign up under special events!
Aerial Updates for my people!
My inner circle knows I’ve been getting sick a LOT the past 6 months 🥹 Well, I finally have answers and better yet, a solution… I’m getting my tonsils taken out 😭😫
So, This certainly throws a wrench in my teaching schedule next month between that and my travel plans. Which unfortunately means no Aerial Yoga for the month of June while I get the surgery and recover. I also have a few trips planned in July so it’s going to be tricky to squeeze Aerial in that month too, though I’m def gonna try to get 1 or 2 in there!
BUT, the great news is I’m leading an Aerial Yoga Teacher Training certification first week in August and I feel confident I will find some new teachers to add to the Aerial schedule so we can offer MORE Aerial Yoga events come Fall time!! (info is on our website if you’re interested)
So if you’ll just hang in there and please don’t give up on me 🙏🏼🥹… I promise there will be more Aerial coming ASAP!!! I’ve had SO much fun teaching yall again and can’t wait to keep doing more!!
-Brittani
WE. ARE. OPEN. And that’s my story, and I’m sticking to it!
All classes are on for today and every day moving forward. 😅
The past week has been a ton of stress on everyone. I hope our classes can bring you back to a peaceful, grounded place in your body, mind and spirit this week 🤍
-Brittani
Is this actually April Fools?! I’m so confused right now 🥹😫
Classes are cancelled tonight due to yet another storm. Phew!
I feel like I’ve said this recently? But please check our app for class updates for tomorrow mornings classes 😭😳
-Britt
Ok we are ready to go! Classes resume tomorrow Monday morning 6am Power Hot Yoga with Betsy 🔥
There is a cable line still down in the back gravel lot, but it does not effect power or anything dangerous. We’re waiting on Comcast to repair it; we’ve marked it with caution tape just so nobody trips. Please just be mindful when moving around the back parking lot.
(I did need to cancel Aerial Yoga tomorrow as this weekend caused much more stress than I realized and I am utterly exhausted. I need to continue picking up the pieces on the admin side all day tomorrow and I don’t want to lead a class where safety is crucial with a very tired + distracted mind. My apologies Aerial friends. Your safety is my top priority and I’m making what I feel is the best call. You will be able to use your credit next time you book an Aerial event. I will list June events soon.)
Thanks everyone!
-Britt
OYE 😫 No power still AND Wellness Living is completely down so I can’t get in there to make the class cancellations online. Please don’t come to class today even though your reservation is still there 🫤 I will delete all reservations as soon as I can get in there so you will not lose your credits.
Studio Closure Update:
Well, this certainly isn’t the Mothers Day weekend many of us were hoping for 🥹 It sounds like everyone is safe though and that’s ALL the matters at the end of any day.
I’m sorry we haven’t been able to hold classes. We’ve got no power of course, but also a large pole laying in the middle of the parking lot and that’s what I’m feeling most nervous about how long it’s going to take until it’s taken care of 😫 I have no insight as to timeline either.
I’ll be driving up each morning to check on power and that pole and make daily decisions on class cancellations. So please just keep checking our schedule on our app as that will always be updated accordingly at least an hour before each class.
The city has been moving SO quick to restore everything as I’m getting hourly texts on their progress. Thank you to all the line men out there doing the incredibly dangerous work to restore power to our city. It sure takes a village of brave and committed workers!
Sending so much healing energy to those who endured severe damage to their homes and businesses. We are one of the lucky ones, but I know others haven’t been so.
We are thinking of everyone out there who are having a terrible time right now 💔🤍
We hope to be back together ASAP on the mats 🙏🏼 Thank you for your patience. Stay tuned.
-Brittani
We are beyond grateful for every single one of you. Thank you for sharing your love and light with all of us every time you come to class. 🧡🧡🧡
Teacher Highlight ✨meet Ansley Corson
1. My yoga journey began as I was closing out my high school career and was no longer actively dancing or participating in extra curricular activities. I wanted a new outlet to remain active and nourish the mind-body connection I learned through dance.
2. My favorite pose varies, though I love funky balance shapes or inversions to re-energize the body from typical day to day activity.
3. I feel so lucky to be connected to the true heart of this studio. After taking my first hot class here years ago, I spent my time in college working at the front desk and then completing my 200 hour training in 2018. This place truly feels like home to me. ♥️
4. Rising Om is undeniably special. As a student and a teacher, the connection and support felt here is something I will cherish forever. This space offers room for self growth and expansion, supportive and life long friendships and a place to reconnect without the noise of the external world. (That alone makes in one of my favorite places ever.)
We love any excuse for some Taylor Swift Yoga! Join Ansley and Caulley for a heated flow with a Tortured Poets Department playlist. Sunday April 28th . $20, sign up under Special Events!
