100 Reasons Why – Inspire others! Create a “Tree of Life” by writing down your reason to stay alive. Submit your picture to [email protected] or on social media, using the hashtag . Your message will be transformed into a leaf on the tree. Watch for the reveal of the Tree of Life on counseling.fsu.edu on Friday, Sept. 11.

Florida State University will host Fresh Check Week — an uplifting event designed to bring the campus community together, increase awareness of mental health resources available to students and shine a light on su***de prevention.

Fresh Check Week aims to create an approachable atmosphere where students are encouraged to engage in dialogue about mental health and helps to build a bridge between students and the mental health resources available.

Join the Counseling Center for Eating "The New Normal." Eating “The New Normal” is a workshop to help students learn and establish a way of eating, their new normal, during uncertain times. Students will learn to identify emotions that affect hunger and fullness and how to apply the new skills to their overall health and wellness.

Hello all! We at RENEW hope you all had fantastic summers! This Friday, we are tabling at an event at The Rez for students. There will be free food, water activities, and free stuff. We hope you can make it out there!

Hello all! Tomorrow, we are hosting our annual Be Happy event on Landis Green from 11-2:30! In case of rain, it will be moved to the Askew Student Life Center (ASLC) in room 101. There will be activities, snacks, therapy dogs and more. We hope to see you there!

Thank you to all the RENEW members that participated, planned, and tabled at the Out of the Darkness Walk!

Meet Jess! She’s graduating next week and will be staying at FSU to work as a lab manager in the Psychology department. 🌻

“When I look back on my college career, I know I’ll always think of RENEW. From the skills I learned, to the experiences I had, to the friends I know I’ll have for life- RENEW will always have a special place in my heart. I’m sad to be leaving, but excited to see the growth and positive impact that the organization will continue to make on our campus in the years to come.”
