Beach Fest Gulf Shores did not let down!
We won some we lost some but best of all everyone is incorporating what we are working on at practice and adding this to their game and seeing it work!!! It’s not easy, it takes effort and not giving up and the ability to see what our training is used for and its benefits for the next play. Welcome to our beach volleyball family 🙌
Diane is an ex division 2 indoor collegiate volleyball player who found greater enjoyment in beach volleyball around 2015. After pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science she was a personal trainer for several years. She specializes in jump & agility training and has her ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist Certification. She regularly plays at the AA level has two young daughters. She hopes to instill the mindset that women should feel empowered and remain humble on and off the court.
