This charming home needed some sprucing up with a brand new roof and some upgraded support columns on the front porch. We also added a stylish new banister to elevate its curb appeal.

The wood needs some time to cure, so we’ll be back soon to put on the finishing touches. Stay tuned as we paint the banister and columns white to give it that polished, fresh look! 🖌️🎨

Take a look at this empty shell on Ox Bottom Road that will be undergoing a total renovation over the next couple of months! This home, which was quite dated, is about to be transformed into an open-concept dream by removing load-bearing walls and maximizing space. Ever wondered how we manage to take down those walls without adding any columns? The secret is a massive (and very heavy) beam that replaces the walls, creating a seamless open space.

We're not just reconstructing the second floor where the previous contractor installed tile that was way too heavy for those size columns to withstand. We are swapping out those struggling columns for some serious heavy-duty ones. These bad boys are built to handle whatever weight we throw at them, no sagging in sight! 🏋️‍♂️💥 Another reason to hire the PROS! This could have been a massive disaster!
