The tasting room will be open for a little St. Paddy’s Day celebration today! A fresh batch of our dry Irish stout, Black Gate, is going on tap at 4pm. 🍻 And of course green beer will be flowing all night long at along with the traditional Irish favorites, Guiness, Smithwicks & Harp.

St. Patty’s Day is right around the corner. So we figured we’d better get a fresh batch of our dry irish stout ready for the celebration! Black Gate will be back on tap in just a couple weeks. So get your green apparel ready to celebrate with us this year. 🍻

Finally getting back to work in the brewery! First up, a fresh batch of Hazy Daze IPA. We’ll be brewing more regularly again and getting some fresh new beers on tap in the coming weeks. So keep an eye out and swing by the tap room to give em a try!

And pretty soon we’ll be putting limited amounts in 16oz cans for you to grab and go!! Fresh beers, distribution and to go cans!! Hell of a start to the new year. 🍻

BIG things happening at Fools Fire! We just made the upgrade from brewpub to BREWERY! What does that mean for you? We can now sell beer to a distributor and get our brews on tap all over town! So keep an eye out for Fools Fire on tap at a bar or restaurant near you soon!! 🍻

Fools Fire Brewing Company updated their business hours.

A few new beers and a few favorites coming back on tap today to kick off First Friday! And they wont just be available at The brewery tasting room will be open as well tonight from 4-10pm.

Going to be a beautiful day in Panacea. There is no admission fee into the park, tasting tickets are only required for the Beer Garden. Other food vendors, arts & craft vendors and live music.

New Years Day Tallahassee Beer Ride! Hubs and Hops will be leaving from the following locations and times: join us for all or just part of the ride.

Hubs and Hops at 9:15. 85 miles round trip
Metcalf Park at 10:00. 60 miles round trip
Miccosukee Community Park at 10:45. 40 miles round trip
Miccosukee Greenway Crump Road Trailhead at 11:30.
20 miles round trip.

We will ride the Greenway to the Fern Trail to Ology Brewing Company around 12:30 for a beer, then on to Fools Fire Brewing Company approx 1:30 for another beer. Beer stops hosted by Hubs and Hops.

This is not a a beginner ride, bring your own food and safety equipment. Ride at your own risk and follow all locations traffic laws. Wear a helmet.
