Chapter 41 is off to a great beginning. I can't wait to conquer the challenges this chapter of my life has in stored. Life has truly been amazing. I know people always use the phrase, "they won't have it any other way or won't change anything", I truly won't have my life/story manifest any other way, I will make the same mistakes, go through the same headaches, just so I can be at this same point of my life at this same exact moment 💯... Thank you for those that was there but no longer, my story won't be the same without you all stopping by in my life, thank you to those still here putting up with my ish, I love and admire you all.

I'll like to take this opportunity to simply thank EVERYONE that has supported me in any way shape or form. Thank you to Tallahassee Democrat Big Bend Preps for naming me the Boys High School Coach of the Year. Thank you to my JPII family (players, parents, students and staff) for all their love and support. To my family and loved ones, I adore you all, for putting up with the heavy/busy schedules, long days and short nights most of the time, always on the go. God knows, I won't have it any other way and I wouldn't want to do this or life without you all. ❤️❤️❤️

Today we have my 5 min chest workout (NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED).

Set your timer ⏲️ for 5 min, you do each exercise 30 seconds on (dosen't matter how many reps you do, just do them for the duration of 30 seconds) 30 seconds off.

30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest, u get the gist.

I started at 15 sec on, 45 sec off, now I'm up to 30/30, my next goal will be 45/15,

2. Wide
3. Staggered
4. Negative
5. Isometric
