☆BodyByBoss Motivation Tip ☆
Today I want to share some basic tips that will easily make your workouts better.
If you're not using all these already, then you're missing out...
DRINKING WATER
Making sure you're hydrated before each workout is crucial.
A basic rule is, if you become thirsty at the beginning of your workout then you're already dehydrated...
So, here's a quick tip... try drinking 16 oz. of water 30 minutes before your workouts. It will make a dramatic difference with the intensity of each session.
EATING BEFORE A WORKOUT
Eating the proper meal before a workout can also make a huge difference in your workout session...
So, what should you eat?
Stick to a lean source of protein and some complex carbs. Oh yea, and ditch the fats before a workout... (they slow down carb absorption)
WARM-UP
This is probably the one I see skipped the most...
I can't stress this enough... DON'T skip warm up before lifting.
Set aside at least 10 minutes and take your time warming up...
Doing a set of with light weights can really help signal your nervous system that it's time to lift.
So, there you go. 3 Easy tips to use before each workout.

Can You Burn Body Fat In "Only" Certain Areas?
This is probably one of the top 3 questions that I get the most being a trainer...
People desperately want to believe in "spot reduction"... well, it doesn't exist.
Sorry to break it to you, but you can't burn body fat in only certain areas.
So... if you really wanted to lose your belly fat first, you would't be able to do hundreds of crunches to eliminate it.
You would actually have to intensely lift weights and be in a calorie deficit to lose body fat.
And even then... you can't control what area loses body fat first.
You might lose it in your chest and arms first...
Or you might lose it in your legs...
My point is, you can't control this so you shouldn't obsess over it.
