Hello jam fans! Whew, it's a hot and sunny Thursday 🥵
In the interest of providing you with the highest quality jams and jellies, we've made the decision to skip today's Tallmadge Farmers Market. High temps and direct sunlight can easily ruin the consistency of our products. Pectin -which acts as a thickener in many of our jams and jellies -can denature at high temperatures, which would make our jam thinner. It can make jelly liquify into goop, or even syrup. While it won't affect the flavor, it will most likely impact the quality.
We hope you understand and encourage you to reach out with any orders, we'll be glad to drop off locally or porch pickup in a cooler! Thanks for your support ☺️
