Closings are always very special to me. Especially when they have extra meaning for the owners.

I’m grateful for the business relationship that got me in the room with the owner, the relationship with the amazing builder who purchased the land, and for the highly professional team of consultants involved too.

I’m also thankful for the extra special opportunity to help name a future street with the owners in honor of their father’s legacy. 💛🦅💛

Today marked the 10th time I’ve voted for President of the United States since I became a registered voter in 1988 🇺🇸!

Can’t believe we lived 7 days and 6 nights on the Colorado River and it’s beaches in the upper half of the Grand Canyon. This was a and it was mind blowing beautiful. We slept under the stars at night (no tent) and we ran the whitewater rapids and visited rare side hike canyons daily. On our final day, we hiked out using the from river to rim (7.5 miles, nearly 5k vertical feet) over 6 hours. The hike was hard, but it was so worth it. Can’t wait to go back and do the lower half in 2025! Thanks for a great week.

Found this quote yesterday in my desk, I saved it from the day-to-day calendar from 2021. Such a great reminder.

Spent the last couple weekends working hard on our landscaping make-over ~ 6 tons of rock, 24 new palms, and all new sod for our front and back yards. and I did all the rock and sod ourselves. Yes we are tired, yes we won’t do this again 🤪. Today I worked on redoing my lanai pots, succulent garden, and transplanting some of my apostle iris plants. Next weekend we’ll tackle front landscaping beds 💐
