I've been snacking too much on cereal lately and decided to make my own. Still higher calorie (I'm working on it), but a ton of protein for a cup! More protein=more filling! Satisfies my crunch craving. 🥣🥛

395 cals and 35g protein per cup! I'll keep tweaking it for calorie purposes! 😁😋
