It's OCTOBER!! There are 92 days until the new year! Can you commit 14 of those to YOU!
For a short time, you can try out our program for 2 weeks!!! You will be amazed at what you can do in 14 days. 14 days of putting yourself first. 14 days of focusing on healthier habits instead of unhealthy habits. 14 days of encouragement, support and accountability.
This program is based on learning daily habits that help shape our health. Every person has a free, personal Health Coach (that's ME!) who guides them through the physician led program. We also have healthy eating plans, including a kick-start weight loss plan that is safe, proven, and effective.
It's completely up to you to continue after 14 days, but I can tell you that if you commit to the process, you will be blown away with how you will feel and you won't want to walk away...I haven't for over 6 years and I am in better health now in my late 30's than I ever was in my 20's.
Comment "90" below for link to apply to work with me this month!
Our private group has been created and participants have been loaded into it. If you were planning to participate in the Fat Burn Blitz and you HAVE NOT seen an invite to this messenger group, reach out ASAP!!
I am super excited for all of the changes that are going to happen this week!
POV: Do you need to follow a program to lose weight and feel your best?!
The simple answer is NO
But the real answer is YES
Why do I contradict myself?
If you were going to do it on your own, you would have already done it. It's that simple.
So why wouldn't you give yourself the best opportunity for success?! Join me and follow a program that has been proven effective to help you to lose weight and improve your health.
What's different about this program? It comes with ME as your coach. Which means that I am here for you. I'm not here to make you do anything, I'm just here for support when you tell me you need it.
The program itself is designed to take you through the behavior modifications that are required to actually create healthier habits. If you ignore this part you will end up on a diet and repeat this process over and over.
After 6 years I still choose to use this program because I know that I live a busy life. I don't always take the time to meal prep and plan. I have days that never go as planned and I know that nutrition and what I fuel myself is crucial to my feeling well. So I choose to ALWAYS have these items on hand as they are a well rounded, low glycemic option that helps me to stay satisfied and fueled.
My Fat Burn Blitz kicks off in just 2 days!!! Get in on this round and stop with the excuses...if you were going to do it alone, you would have already done it!
Drop a 🔥 to get the next steps!
Here are a few things that made me think today...
Today is 100 days from January 1st, 2025.
100 days from January 1st is April 11, 2025.
Does anyone else feel like the 100 days until the New Year will absolutely FLY by but the 100 days after the New Year tends to drag on?!
So why does this even matter...100 days is 100 days, regardless of when it they happen. So why not spend the next 100 days working toward those health goals that you will inevitably set 100 days from now and then lose sight of before you've even committed to 30 days of effort?!
So what do you say?! Let's do it together! My Fat Burn Blitz is the perfect introduction to creating healthier habits!! You'll still have 90+days to work on those habits and you'll be even more motivated to keep going when you see the changes happening.
Blitz starts on Monday the 30th, get your order placed ASAP to ensure your nutrition plan is here!
P.S. Our 2-week trial kits are perfect for this Blitz...see details below!
Are you TEAM HOME workout or TEAM GYM workout?!
Here are 3 reasons you should prioritize your movement:
1. Improved mood and mental well-being: Regular exercise is known to release endorphins, which are natural mood elevators. Physical activity can help reduce feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression, and promote overall mental well-being.
2. Enhanced physical health: Exercising regularly helps improve cardiovascular health by strengthening the heart and reducing the risk of heart disease. Regular exercise has also been linked to a lower risk chronic health conditions
3. Increased energy levels and productivity: Exercise boosts energy levels by increasing blood flow and oxygen supply to the muscles and brain. Engaging in physical activity can help combat fatigue and improve focus, concentration, and productivity.
As a bonus.. Regular exercise has also been shown to improve sleep quality, which further enhances energy levels throughout the day.
So which are you...Do you prefer to do workouts at home or at the gym?!

Are you ready to commit to your health?!
We've blinked and summer has almost passed us by! I've been committed to keeping myself moving this summer. Today marks 88 days of hitting 10000 steps or more in a row. Prior to this streak, I had a hard time even stringing together a week or two of consistent days.
What am I doing differently this time? I told the people in my world what I was committed to accomplish. I check in daily with my community. I'm tracking my progress with an app. And most importantly I've looked at this challenge, as a non-negotiable. I've made it a priority, even on my busiest days. I haven't looked at it as a burden but an opportunity to make a choice that aligns with me choosing my health.
Why am I sharing this? To inspire you to make a decision to do the things that are going to give you a vote of health. Every day isn't perfect, but every day you have a choice.
Who can do this? YOU!
Connect with a coach, set a goal, create simple structure, ask for accountability and take the little steps each day to create a healthier version of YOU!
Our Commit to Health Promotion is the best deal of the year to join forces and make a change that will benefit your future self. For less than $10/day you get simple nutritional meals, 1:1 coaching, access to a community of support, habit building systems and so much more!! Curious about learning more...drop me a DM for details!
Do you ever feel like your brain is processing 5000 thoughts at once?!
It seems like Sunday evenings are when all of these thoughts hit me, and I have to be incredibly conscious of how I process these thoughts in order to keep myself from hitting a wall of complete overwhelm and anxiety.
Here are a few of my tips to help keep my brain on the straight and narrow as I head into a new week...
**Use an electronic calendar to keep track of your to do's, dates, appts, kid's activities, work hours, events, etc. I use a google calendar that I can access on my phone and on my laptop.
**Use a color-coded system for appts so you can easily determine who, what, where, when you need to be taking action on something. Ie...kids have one color, my work hours at the hospital/assisted living/gym have a color, my coaching hours have a color, appts have a color, etc.
**Discuss your needs/plans with everyone in the house who will be impacted by the week. For instance, this week we have softball games and volleyball camp for the girls so giving them a heads up that they will need their softball uniforms washed; to find their knee pads and volleyball shoes and give them a run-down of which days they'll need to think ahead to have their lunches packed. Give them some buy in so you're not the only one carrying the burden of all of the to-dos!
What are your best mom tips for keeping your head in the game as you begin a new week?!
*My top 3 tips for getting your butt moving (even on a holiday 😉)!
1. Start early in the day! Taking a quick walk to start your day is a great way to build up a few steps before your brain is even fully awake!
2. Park far from every entrance you have throughout the day i.e.. grocery store, use the furthest gas pump from the door, use the bathroom across the office, park a few blocks away from work so you have to incorporate a short walk to get to and from the office.
3. Schedule short bursts of motion in your day, 15-minute walks 4 times throughout the day and take advantage of the longer days by adding in a walk after dinner/before bed.
Which of these tips are you going to use today? What would you add to the list?!
He's one in a million, and I don't know what we'd do without him!!
I chose him because he was everything to me. I didn't know just how great he would be as a dad. I can't imagine it's easy being the sole fella in a house of ladies, but you would never know it. He's always there, maybe quiet but present and aware ❤️! There is no one else I'd want to be on this journey with.
Happy Father's Day 💙!
Practicing self-care has been a game changer for me!
I've had to evaluate what I consider to be self-care for me. I used to think it had to be a massage or an elaborate spa day, now I know that just taking a 15-minute walk without distractions is a great way to show care for myself.
What do you consider self-care? What will you do today?
Mine is in the comments :)
Here's a list of this month's available resources!!
Drop a note below with which ones you would like a copy of and share this with a friend who might like them as well!!
The small habits add up over time...

Transformational Life Coach
Just over a year ago, I took a leap of faith and decided to help others while helping myself. One might think that sounds kind of selfish vs self-less, but I assure you that it was driven on a self-less motive. I had recently experienced a few health struggles and had finally gotten to a place where I felt I had finally overcome these struggles. I had wanted to find a way to continue to feel better myself and be a better mom to my kiddos and wife to my husband. I had spent three years just going through the motions, feeling sorry for myself and physically ill. I felt that it was time to finally take care of myself. What I didn’t expect was to have the opportunity to not only take care of myself but offer that same opportunity to others. What I have experienced over the past year is nothing short of a transformation. I learned that although I had overcome some health struggles, I still had a number of things to work on in order to be the best version of myself. I wanted to be the mom that was outside playing with my kids and not the mom begging the kids to take a nap. I wanted to be the mom that would play ball and not find a reason to just sit on the sidelines. I wanted to feel good enough to go out in public and not fear when my symptoms would flare up. I wanted to have some normalcy in my life again and not live by the restrictions of my physical health.
When I said, “Yes” to becoming a health coach, I had no idea the impact it was going to have. I did not have my own life in order at the time, but I was able to be coached on how to help others as I progressed in my own abilities. As I approach my one year anniversary as a health coach, I have come to see that this role focuses on more than just health, and because of that I feel that the title of a Transformational Life Coach is more appropriate. I have personally experienced not only improved health, but I have found a purpose. The joy that I have when I talk with my coaches and clients is nothing that I have ever experienced as a bedside nurse. It’s not rainbows and butterflies every day, but it comes pretty close. There isn’t much else in life that allows you to help people feel better emotionally and physically. A few clients have even decided to join with me as coaches to share the gift that we have been given. A gift that can offer some hope, health, and finances. Are you needing any of these in your life? Perhaps a TLC would be something to consider.
