I have been getting a lot of requests for pineapple lately. Make sense since I'm in a tropical climate. So this week busted out with the Pineapple Express 🍍🌶️. ThicC pineapple chunks, cup pepperoni, crispy bacon, fresh jalapenos, mozzarella, red sauce, on our sourdough crust. Was a special but looks like it will be sticking around. Since everyone is doing a bear 🐻 inspired pizzas, It was time I had to come in and put in my 2¢. Olive oil base, Chopped steak, spicy giardiniera, banana peppers, provolone, mozzarella, au jus and that beautiful sourdough crust. Haven't had a good Italian beef in a min so this will do. Tomorrow is the last day to grab one. Back in Arcadia tomorrow 4-8pm

We have dessert again!!! The Brown Butter triple chocolate walnut sea salt cookie or the BBC lol (brown butter cookie) 😉 is back. The recipe and baking is all done by me . These cookies are crack and will change your world.

I dont know why it took me so long to switch back to 00 flour but I'm glad I did. I got used to working with high gluten flour since I was using a different oven. Its only right I use 00 flour in a wood fired oven. Makes an all around Better pizza.
