We're so proud of Planning Commission staff member Katrina Corcoran, AICP! Yesterday, she took part in a presentation about integrating mobility-focused land use and housing solutions in the Tampa Bay region at the 2024 Florida Association of Counties (FAC) Conference in Orlando. She shared her work on the “Centers and Connections” bonus proposed language and map for the Unincorporated Hillsborough County Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Section, alongside Stefanie McQueen, AICP (HDR), Steve Schukraft, AICP (HDR) and Rodney Chatman, AICP (Forward Pinellas).

Katrina's (pictured in the black, white, and blue dress and black blazer) work on the City of Tampa Comprehensive Plan Mobility Section was also recently selected for an Award of Excellence from APA Florida.

Way to go, Katrina!
