Let me share some Tampa statistics with you:

- The median list price for homes in October 2021 was $549,900. Compared to last October which was $469k.

- For Condos/Townhomes, the median list price was ~$911k. Compared to $425k in 2020.

- There are currently 363 homes for sale on the market, which is a 1% decrease from last month (368).

- Homes are lasting almost double the amount of time on the market today, then this time last year. The Tampa market is beginning to slow down and interest rates are beginning to creep back up to around 3.5%-4% .
