Put your office skills to use! CHN is looking for a couple volunteers to help with clerical tasks at our Administrative Office. Volunteers must be able to commit to 2 hours per week, preferably on a recurring schedule, and be able to effectively assist with filing, scanning, and other projects as needed. Last week Tampa Bay Buccaneer Mike Evans and his wife Ashli came to Kids Village to host a pizza dinner for our campus youth. Mike signed autographs for the excited kids and took time to visit and take pictures with them while they enjoyed their pizza. Mike and Ashli generously also provided school supplies, including backpacks, lunch boxes and water bottles, to help our kids have a successful school year! We are tremendously grateful for the continued support and wish them all the best for the upcoming football season!
A generous donation of mulch arrived at Kids Village this week, thanks to our friends at . Their thoughtfulness will go a long way to help improve our campus landscaping.
The 2024-25 school year will be here before we know it! Please help the foster youth in our care have a successful year by donating supplies and/or uniforms for our elementary, middle, and high school students. Our Amazon wish list can be used to place an order and have the items shipped directly to CHN, and we would truly appreciate your help in giving our kids the tools they need!

We have been a grateful partner of The Junior League of Tampa's Diaper Bank since 2020, and many of our programs benefit from their generosity. The Diaper Bank provided almost 61,000 diapers and pullups to our families for the 23-24 program year, filling a very crucial need throughout our organization. We cannot thank the Junior League of Tampa enough for being our primary partner for diaper needs!

Caregiver Support Services (CSS) staff represented CHN at the 2024 ARCH Respite Conference in Albany NY this week!
CSS offers comprehensive support to caregivers and their families to prevent child abuse and neglect. The program serves children between the ages of 0-13 who have physical disabilities, social-emotional challenges, or developmental delays/disabilities and caregivers who are experiencing acute situational stressors leading to a strained family system. Our Revenue Generation Team rolled up their sleeves this week and showed their spirit to serve at the Children's Home Network. From organizing donations where the children shop for new clothes to cleaning up their learning center and art room, they provided their love for the community and the children in need.

As Volunteer Appreciation Month concludes, we are excited to announce Sunshine Health is CHN's Volunteer Group of the Year! Their dedicated employees accrued over 160 volunteer hours in the past year on projects such as cleaning the dining hall, wrapping presents, and staffing our golf tournament.

This year's Reel Animals Classic was bigger and better than ever! 40 boats of anglers went out on the water and returned for lunch, awards, and other fun!
