Love a Thursday wedding. Congratulations to the happy couple who got married on Clearwater beach!! Fondant cake with layers of lemon, chocolate kahlua and Guava & Cream cheese. Top two layers are floating on an acrylic riser we used. Plenty of gold detail!!

Lovely two tiered wedding cake delivered to one of our favorite restaurants . Two tiered fondant cake with the help of .ice , edible gold paint from and CNN lastly a big thank you to .astashkina who has me super inspired in making all things wafer paper! I made my own wafer paper (100% edible) leaves from wafer paper and edible coloring. Top layer was a lemon cake 🍋 with lemon curd filling for the bride and red velvet for the bottom.

A true classic! We get our buttercream smooth! A few red rose and some greenery makes this beauty pop. Cake was a lemon cake with our homemade lemon curd filling 🍋🍋🍋

Congratulations to Raul & Alma on their 39th wedding anniversary! It was so nice to be a special part of this couples special day, not even the rain could ruin in! I also found out that I made their daughters wedding cake seven years prior. So lucky to be part of this day with this special family.
Top layer was an almond orange infused cake with vanilla Bavarian cream, 2nd layer strawberry cake with strawberry buttercream, 3rd layer our signature carrot cake, bottom layer red velvet with vanilla Bavarian cream.
The cake was all done with a blush pink fondant with a wavy white fondant strip encrusted with a pearl and crystal sugar band. Decorated with color dusted sugar flowers.

Happy Birthday to John who turns 50 and with his favorite hobby fishing!! He caught the big one 🐟🐟🐠🎣with this chocolate strawberry cake!
