Cooks Downtown and Cooks South Tampa are hiring multiple positions for their cafe like atmosphere. The ideal candidate would possess a strong work ethic, have reliable means of transportation, and have the ability to work all stations including but not limited to the sandwich line and order taking.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards
Properly handle and maintain all equipment
Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
Serve customers quickly and efficiently
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
Observe relevant health and safety
Qualifications
Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
Ability to read and speak English proficiently
Strong ability to multi-task
Basic mathematical skills
Ability to problem solve quickly
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to follow directions

Thank you, all of our wonderful customers that have visited us for years now. We really appreciate everything you have done and said to promote us. As you well know we do not advertise.
But with the current situation I feel it only realistic to reach out and say that we are going to ramp up our dinners to go in order to address people's concerns about not going out as much as normal.
We cook fresh food daily and all of our dinners are capable of being frozen.
