* "Sunset Spice" made with fermented Orange habanero, fresh Hawaiian pineapple, ginger & lilikoi elixir. White wine vinegar base.
* "Purple Dragon" made with fermented green habanero, green onions, garlic chives, Prickly Pear nectar, & orange blossom honey. Rice wine vinegar base.
* "Sweet Asian Spice" made with fermented Shish*to pepper, Fresh squeezed Florida plum, garlic, rosemary, 5 spice blend. Plum wine vinegar base. Available with fermented Thai peppers as a Hotter alternative.
"Florida Man" with fermented Fresno peppers, Hawaiian chili water, fermented chipotle-garlic cloves, tangerine juice. White vinegar base.

"Honey Garlic Chipotle" with fermented chipotle peppers I grew and smoked myself in Hawaii, fermented Garlic, caramelized onion and serrano peppers, homegrown herbs local orange blossom honey and ACV. Medium heat
"Hawaiian sun" with homegrown & fermented Hawaiian Chilies, caramelized garlic, onion, ginger, soy sauce, orange blossom honey and white wine vinegar.
"Purple Sriracha" with home & fermented purple jalapenos, "mystery peppers" I bought at at a farmers market in Hawaii, garlic, onions, soy sauce, ginger, honey and rice wine vinegar.
