If you look at the arrows in the "before", you can see that those teeth are all TIPPED in towards the middle of the face. Tipped teeth lead to recession, chipping, and sensitivty. Ouch! They are more prone to fracture and breaking. We were able to upright all of those teeth to give the bite the correct balance and function and prevent more recession and sensitivity. This patient was literally eating their own teeth. Having a deep bite where you can't see your bottom teeth usually means you are over-closed and possibly grinding or cleaning all your amazing enamel away leaving chipped and brittle teeth. Bite transformation with Invisalign! That was one heck of a deep bite-- you could barely see the 2 lateral incisors on the bottom teeth,which means they were slamming into the backs of the top teeth. Now the bite is much more balanced and aligned. Patient was thrilled after 3 months! 😏😏😏

Black triangle who? A beautiful before and after. Patient had a pretty serious gum infection that was eating away the gum and bone between the teeth. After a treatment at the periodontist, the gums were stable, but she hated the big black space. We placed 4 custom all porcelain crowns. Easy fix! 😁😁😁
