Hillsborough County to open additional comfort stations Hillsborough County will open four additional comfort stations Monday for those recovering from Hurricane Milton, county officials announced Sunday.

DISTRIBUTION SITE UPDATE:
The Gandy Boat Ramp Point of Distribution site is now closed.

The Al Lopez site is open tomorrow from 7am-7pm, or while supplies last. Stay tuned for update on if/when restocked.

EMERGENCY DISTRIBUTION SITES: Local emergency management operations will provide food, water, and hygiene products.

We are currently performing a thorough assessment of damage and infrastructure following Hurricane Milton. Due to the severity of the storm, certain areas of the city more directly impacted have not yet been deemed safe and are currently restricted to public access. These restrictions are in place to protect the public and expedite the restoration process.

The map will be continuously updated with real-time information regarding safe areas, restricted access zones, and the progress of recovery efforts.

Ahead of potential inclement weather, four sandbag distribution locations will be open throughout Hillsborough County. 🌧️
