More progress pictures of my latest design being built in South Tampa

This is the beginning stages of my latest design to be built in South Tampa.
It's going to be an approx. 4,000 sq ft 2 story residence with 4 bedrooms 4 bath w 2 car garage and a 2 story open entryway/ foyer area

Here's a little more progress on one of my designs under construction in the palm river area of Tampa Florida

This is another one of my designs being built in the palm river area of Tampa, FL.
This house started off as a 1 story residence, but it needed to be elevated due to the flood zone.
So we raised it just enough above the required height to give us 8 '-0" ceilings and created a carport, 4 car garage and covered Lanai w future outdoor kitchen ALL underneath the house.
Which otherwise would have been wasted space at 5' or 6' above grade.

These are some 3D renderings of "The Barber Residence" that I designed in south Tampa.
The client had these renderings created for them, to help with the visualization of the finished product before construction even begins.

This is one of my latest estate designs that is being built in Zephyrhills, FL.
This is a 7,000 sq ft 2 story residence 6 bedrooms 5 1/2 bath 6 car garage (3 on either side)

These are some 3D renderings for an 8,000 sq ft estate that I'm designing in Holmes beach Florida.... There will be some modifications here and there, but overall I like the look...... What do you all think about it so far?

I provided fabrication / shop drawings for this intricate exterior aluminum ramp and stair system, being installed at a new animal hospital in southern Hillsborough county

This is a beautiful Spanish style 2 story lakefront residence that I designed in Wesley chapel a few years ago.... The owners just shared these updated pictures to show me their newly finished brick paver driveway and they also added tons of beautiful white sand at the waters edge to create their own private beach ..... I personally think it's fantastic!! 💯💕👍🏼
