This dish was as much a treat for the eyes as it was for the palate! The roasted prawns were cooked to perfection and enhanced by a zesty Aji Amarillo sauce, a refreshing cilantro-lime gelee, and some almond crumble for extra crunch.⁣
Another perfect pair was made with the 2020 Lange Classique Chardonnay!⁣

Starting off strong with this juicy burrata dish which featured endive, pink peppercorn, grapefruit, pistachio, and mint gremolata, paired with a refreshing Italian prosecco aperitif of the couple’s choice.⁣

A charming assortment of floral tea plates was a welcomed surprise (shoutout to clients who trust the vision!) and set the stage for a memorable culinary experience with 30 of their closest friends and family.⁣
