As you know I’ve taken some time off to sit with what was happening through me in this life.

It was A LOT and I had to let go and let it in and let myself be seen.

It was uncomfortable and beautiful and scary.

It’s still happening and if there is one thing that I have learned is that everything I needed to grow, learn and discover has always been within me (cheesy and basic, I know) but it’s true..

It’s in my bones, in my blood, in my tears, in my thoughts, in my energy, in my rage, in my love, in my crystalline DNA codes, in all the space dust that has come before me

And, it’s in you too. Wake up to yourself. Meet yourself where you are.

Every year I say these things about living my best life, owning my self worth, glowing up and then after a bit, it falls off and never gets picked back up..

I’ve always been pretty ashamed of that. I’ve always made myself busy with other things. I haven’t actually shown up for myself and that makes me sad..

I’ve spent the last 4 months, taking a break and getting to see who I am without any judgement. I looked at how I hide, deflect and make excuses

AND I’ve seen how I love, how hold space, how I show up for others and so, without any rush, any judgement and with no shame, I’m starting here

In this forever NOW moment
I’m choosing myself
I’m turning all that love into a cocoon of comfort and joy for a life well lived (even with the flaws) and I’m stepping fully into who I AM and just being witness to what emerges 🦋

Self reflection looks like breaking down every barrier and wall I’ve placed around my heart for protection and head into battle with no armor, just a wild heart ablaze with the fire of a thousand witches who came before me 🔥

Turning pain into power is Alchemy at its best 🖤

That can look like getting more rest, staying in instead of expending unnecessary energy, saying no to things that are not an emergency, asking for help when you need it, allowing yourself to slow down, asking to get paid what your time and energy is worth, drinking water instead of alcohol, facing your trauma instead of numbing with tv or food ❤️‍🩹

There is no shame in any of this, more just awareness in your habits and paying close attention to what brings you joy and makes you feel good 💋

Some Scorpio season healing I’ve been moving my way through.. self love shadow work is not for the weak AND I have discovered that suffering is not necessary. Suffering is a season of a cycle that I’m phasing out of, an ending so that there is space for the new to emerge through 🖤

My prayer is that each of us can do the healing necessary so that the mirror of our souls and outward reflection, can shine as brightly as it does within ✨

Of course, juggling kids, jobs, a social life, and a shop, it's never easy to make time for ourselves or slow down to appreciate these tiny moments of celebration ~ however we have done just that ✨️

Sometimes, we just look at each other with tears in our eyes and say, "we did this," but in truth, YOU all did this with us👭

Our beautiful community near and far, we may have provided the location and held a space for women to feel safe and loved but you all came through, you showed up, you attended classes, purchased items in the shop, and helped share the news 🔮

It's been a minute, lovelies 💕

Got a few big lessons these last few weeks 🙌

At first glance, it was challenging, but I woke up this morning lighter than I have been in a while ♥️

I'm always grateful for the mindfulness I have cultivated and my ability to look at difficult situations and say to myself, "How is this a blessing?" ✨️

So I'm shedding.. old thought patterns, old habits, and energies that no longer serve my highest good 🙏

I had a humbling moment that allowed me to remember it's ok that I'm HUman, and it's safe to make mistakes and pick myself back up afterward ~ that I'm surrounded with a wonderful community of people near and far and I'm loved, even though I'm not perfect 💋

So, I'm here doing my best, shifting and growing constantly. Remembering to love myself through it all and letting go of old perceptions 🌱

Hope you're all doing your best, too, knowing that you are loved no matter what stage of life you're in 🌻
