This boat showed up one day and there is never anyone on there including when we were there. Our guest caught this image and it appears to have a light on however there was no light. What do you think?
One of our haunted tour participants took this picture, which they believe shows a woman in a dress. What do you observe? The mangroves at night provide a fascinating and eerie experience. https://www.riverwildkayaking.com/

And here is why to date we have cleaned 273lbs of trash from the Anclote River this year! This poor Anhinga has plastic wrapped around its beak. Our guide is trying to find help for it now and did try to assist it but was unable to. But please pick up litter you see and don’t litter in the first place. Animals are the ones who suffer! 😢

We log all our paddles and you get this memory to keep. Every single trip is different and every single time is different! That’s what we love about what we do you never know what you will see, how things change, who you will get to know, and what the water and weather can be. It’s always an adventure and it’s always amazing! Any day on the water is a good day!
Please check the parks near you and show up. We need to save our green spaces!
Lots of animals live in the mangroves including land mammals such as this raccoon 🦝 and lots of birds, crabs, lizards and even snakes.
Mangroves truly are one of the most important trees in our entire ecosystem! Not only do they help with storm surge but they are also an estuary and start the food chain here in Florida for over 200 species of animals. Plus many other amazing things! Come out and learn all about them on our eco-tour today and immerse yourself in this unique ecosystem.

This is a local friend company that we are not affiliated with but we like to support our local businesses. Shelling out at natural Anclote Key also offers great opportunity for birds and wildlife viewing. You never know what you might see after a storm.

Little birds nest in the salt marsh. I wonder what kind of bird it is?
Here's something FUNNY.
This person turned up and stole a kayak from us last night. Covered our camera, smart you'd think....
Thing is all our kayaks have tags, so we can track them if they get stolen. Except the one that was taken, because it has a big crack and sinks almost instantly. (Which is why it wasn't locked away).
Instant, hilarious justice.
