Walked into my treatment room and saw this hanging… I guess this means I really helped some patient!

Caffeine consumption before conception can increase the risk pf miscarriage. Miscarriage risk increases when either the man or the woman consumes more than two caffeinated drinks a day. Also taking a multivitamin before conception and during the first weeks of pregnancy also reduces the risk of miscarriage. So I guess we will have to find a better way to stay awake during s*x.

Avoiding Lyme disease starts with avoiding ticks. However, those nasty ticks can hide in your clothes and crawl around your home. The best way to kill ticks is immediately remove the clothes you hiked in, and throw them in the dryer for seven minutes on high heat. DO THIS BEFORE YOU WASH THEM! Ticks love water and will hang out in wet clothes for a long time. It can take over 50 minutes in a hot dryer to kill a tick that has embedded in wet clothes. Of course you really have to check your body for ticks, Especially in the areas where clothes meet the skin. Stay healthy, and if you injure your wrist trying to pick out a tick, make an appointment to see me. We treat hand pain too

Start the new year right by taking your vitamins. I know this will be an easy sell two most men. Erectile dysfunction is linked to Vitamin D deficiency. Men with low Vitamin D levels are 32% more likely to suffer from this problem. This is likely due to Vitamin D's role in regulating blood flow.

My office will be closing early on Saturday, December 24 so I can treat a very special patient. I know it’s against HIPPA but Santa’s back is bothering him and I will be travelling to the North Pole. Turns out there has been extra coal ordered for this year (you know who you are!) which has added poundage to the sleigh.

Of course St. Nick’s sciatica has not been helped by the lousy shocks on his sleigh (manufactured at the same Volkswagon plant that lied about their emission standards… some coal definitely going there).

To the environmentalist that have been bugging Santa to retire the reindeer and switch to a Prius I say “Give it up!!” I spent two hours telling him about the methane emissions spewing from the reindeer (hay, alfalfa and elf-straw make quite a gaseous cloud) while he tinkered some toys and just ignored me. He finally reminded me of the disaster of 1745 when his lantern got too close to a huge reindeer fart and caused an explosion that delayed presents to Norway by three days along with singeing his beard. There was no Ho Ho Ho’s in that room.

Anyway I will be back on Monday the 26th.
