A beautiful Somerset soul lost her battle to metastatic breast cancer this week.

April was a young mom, wife, and beloved friend. She was such a bright light.

To honor her life, proceeds from all used book sales this Saturday through Monday will be donated to in memory of April.

We hope you’ll join us THIS WEEKEND! Buster's Bookhouse will be parked with Rea’s coffee cart on Wilbur Ave in Swansea. Open Saturday through Monday 7am-12pm!

TWO Story Times at the Shasta for your kids!

Join us Saturday AND Sunday at 10am right in front of the Shasta for storytime. Bring a blanket, grab a coffee, and have a great time! Both books will be available for sale and to be signed by the author.

📚 STORY TIME AT THE SHASTA 📚

Join us at THIS SATURDAY 10-2! Christmas in July, baby!

We will have special guest, teen author and Irish dancer to read her book “It’s OK! A story about showing kindness to others and learning to be kind to yourself.” This children’s story follows an Irish dancer who is always kind to others, but struggles with anxiety and is hard on herself when she makes mistakes. She learns that learning new things takes time and learns how to show herself the same kindness she shows to others.

Molly will read her book at 1PM and will have copies of her book to buy and have signed by the author. A portion of proceeds help support anti-bullying and literacy initiatives.

So come to and we’ll see you for story time at 1:00!
