Our second week back to school included: lessons (including volcano experiments), new school pets, hiking at Paris Mountain, resuming our weekly soup kitchen volunteers, and a lovely community meal prepared by middle school students.

Happy Pi Day! Our students collaborated with another Montessori class to celebrate! Pizza pie, fruit pies, and pi bracelets were enjoyed by all!

Our classes enjoyed hiking at Conestee Nature Preserve and lunch at Pita House today!

Soldering for radios, building hand-held fans, preparing for our science fair, and seeding for our milpa gardens. Spring is full of learning and adventure!

Our classes had a great time exploring the SC State Museum last Friday!

Learning about the characteristics of birds always includes dissecting owl pellets. The elementary students were excited to find both bird and mammal bones.

We had a great turnout for our refugee fundraiser! Thank you for your support!
