The Winter Solstice is an evening for both celebration and reflection.
I have decided to teach an evening Winter Solstice class this year. Class will be Tuesday December 21st starting at 6pm. Class will be held In-Person and Zoom.
We will move from quiet yin poses to restorative poses and settle into guided meditation. We will use our practice to shift our body, mind and soul from darkness and fatigue to the light and love within. This class will be a perfect opportunity to reflect and find inspiration for the winter season. Light some candles and settle into an evening of rest, and reflection.
