Today, there was a very close Ryder Cup match between Polo Fields Golf & Country Club and Tecumseh Golf Club. We will rerun it next year and hopefully repeat as winners.

Congratulations to TGC Member Randy Smith & Guest Ted Pawson on their WIN of the TGC Member-Guest tournament. Well done Gentlemen!! Thanks to all 88 players who participated in this 18 hole event. It was a great day at Tecumseh Golf Club.

Congratulations to TGC Member Rick Johnston, winner of the Net Senior Club Championship with a 2 day net combined score of 146. Also, congrats to Tim Simpson, runner up with a two day net combined score of 147. Well done Gentlemen.

Thanks to all who participated, it was a fantastic event!

Next up on the TGC Member calendar of events is the one day Member-Guest. Saturday, June 29th 12pm shotgun start. Chef Robert has prepared a special menu for those participating in the event. There is still time to sign up! We have 70 participants to date, this will surely be a tournament to remember.

There is live music on the TGC patio following this event. JTE will go live at 5:30pm.

Today TGC hosted our Sister Club The Polo Fields Golf & CC for the first Ryder Cup match, 20 TGC participants & 20 Polo participants. It came down to last match in the Singles afternoon round, Amy Bratschi came up big for TGC. With Amy’s win in the final match, it secured the win for TGC 16-14!! The 40 participants from both Club’s earned a spot on the roster by participating in Member events throughout the season. Thanks to the Polo participants for a great day. The Polo Fields - Ann Arbor
