Are you looking for healing, developing community, a space to grow and align with source and expand your consciousness at a deeper level? Are you ready to work with plant medicines in a safe container with indigenous trained facilitators?

We will be hosting a gathering offering this type of work for those called to receive at this time. We are excited to gather together and share our medicines with you.

This is a two night retreat, which includes individual healing and icaros-(songs tailored in the Shipibo language for your own unique process), council, yoga and somatic movement to support integration and healing, Shipibo trained facilitators with over a decade of experience, integration support, psychologist on staff and physicians to enhance the experience.

The retreat will be held in a beautiful, peaceful space away from the city, where you can rest and recover, realign your nervous system and relax.

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR) is a psychosomatic therapy, which means that it is centered around trauma that is stored in our bodies.
Our subconscious mind lives in the body, consisting of the energies that are emitted by our nervous system. These energies comprise an inptricatessystem of “parts” or sub personalities that reside in our internal world. Through the tenets of internal Family system (IFS) theory, we are able to explore and bring awareness to our subconscious realms.

Kundalini yoga uses the body and breath to clear negativity from the subconscious.
