🚨CLOSING DAY 🙌🙌...believe it or not closing day is sort of bitter sweet. We invest so much time and effort into each of these houses, they become a huge part of our lives.
We are always happy to make a profit (🤞 ), but these houses are so much more. For a few months they become a daily part of our lives that we watch transform and change into something we can be proud of.
Excited for the new family that gets to move in today and also excited for what the future holds for us. “On to the next one”....

We went into 2020 with some lofty goals, and like so many others we had the wrench 🔧 known as Covid-19 thrown into our plans. All that being said we are grateful for what we were still able to accomplish and we look forward to coming out of the holidays happy and healthy with big things in store for 2021.

We are going to enjoy the holidays and remain grateful for all that we do have. However the time we put in during these next few weeks can help to determine the path we set ourselves on in 2021.
