The more I dive deep into my own personal healing. The more I recognize that the statement is true. I can choose to repeat patterns that either I have created for myself in the past or were passed on to me by my ancestors, a.k.a. parents, grandparents, and so forth.

In order for me to be here in the last 10 generations, there has been over 1000 people who have played a part in my creation. I doubt that all of my ancestors would want me to be exactly like them. I know they’d want the best for me and our lineage and that is to evolve.
