This does not suck!!

Docs signed at 3pm in Yucaipa, notary dropped at my house 5pm. Went back to the office at 7:30pm, packaged and scanned docs to lender. Will drop at FedEx tomorrow (6/15), so lender receives on Monday! It's all about the customer service!🌴

Palm Tree Escrow is following a zoom class to learn and grow!🌴

It's month end and a buyer couldn't sign docs until 8P.M., today (5/30/24) due to flying home at 7P.M. Lender asked if docs could be scanned so we could fund and record tomorrow (5/31/24). Pat (Notary) signed buyer at 8P.M. in San Diego, got docs to escrow by 9:22P.M, escrow scanned docs to lender by 10P.M. Will post tomorrow with funding and recording update! Palm Tree Escrow is here to help and do what is necessary to get the job done! It's all about the customer service! 🌴
