You learn a lot from lessons in life... I am fortunate in life to have such wonderful parents to have guided me through life lessons!! As a kid growing up in Michigan, even before I wanted to a be chef!! My Dad would take me to his two favorite restaurants... A restaurant in Dearborn Michigan that only served Ham Sandwiches on Rye Bread and pickles... another restaurant in Ypsilanti Michigan call Gabriel's that only made Cheese steaks!! And so my Dad always told me "Design a restaurant with one awesome item and do it well!!" Funny... life lessons and listening are two extremely difficult pieces that completed a puzzle!! Thanks Dad!! New "Taste" spring menus coming soon!!
