Well due to the cream cheese shortage which has definitely hindered my business. I had to do what I've been taught the last 20 year of adapting and overcoming with any situation. Since the Neufchatel cheese is apparently in the cream cheese family (i guess by marriage) i will see how close I can get to my original product.....wish me luck people. Hard times calls for hard measures. I will probably call any cakes with this cheese the French connection addition 😂😂 plus its 1/3 less fat!!!!
