🎉🎉 We’re excited to launch our new platform at Ascend Dental Alliance: Ascend Dental! This platform is all about supporting implant specialists (GP, Perio, OS) with better marketing, training, and staffing. 🎉🎉

After working with our clients over the past year, we’ve seen a real need for a clear, transparent way for private practice dentists to handle everything from the first ad to the final appointment. Ascend Dental isn’t just about marketing and training; it’s about using data to generate leads, building teams that work well together, and finding the right people to help close more cases.

Transparency is key for us. Our doctors will see exactly what’s being spent on ads and what goes into management fees. They’ll have full access to their ad materials and can see how their campaigns are doing in real time.

Boise native Dr. Dan Bruce, a third-generation dentist, goes beyond 'fixing teeth.' Armed with a B.S. in Biology from the College of Idaho and a dentistry degree from the University Of Washington School Of Dentistry, he prioritizes optimal health, esthetics, and function. Specializing in airway development in children and airway maintenance in adults, Dr. Bruce is recognized for excellence in dental specialties, including fixed prosthodontics, showcasing his commitment to enhancing overall quality of life for his patients.

Dr. Drew Phillips - Clinical Board

Dr. Drew Phillips, a high achiever from Atlanta, excelled in academics and water skiing at Rollins College in Florida. With a health communications degree, he captained the water ski team and earned student athlete of the year. Graduating as Valedictorian from the Dental College of Georgia, Dr. Phillips is now a licensed dentist in four states, specializing in complex treatment plans, full arch implant surgeries, and sedation dentistry, and travels to assist, perform, and teach advanced dental procedures.

Justin has 10 years experience in the dental industry ranging from emerging groups of 30 practices to working with 300+ location DSOs. His focus here is to take all of the data out of the practice and turn it into an executable strategy guide for each office. In his free time he spends time with his twin toddlers and running an Infertility Non-Profit with his wife.

Reenie Rausch - Chief Operating Officer

Reenie has extensive experience in the dental space ranging from chairside assistant through growth of specialized and general dental providers. Her collaboration with teams generates sustainable leadership guided by an undercurrent of best practice application to ultimately provide both team and patient experiences that will last! She is balanced in life by her husband and 3 children whom she enjoys traveling and growing with at home!

Marco Gonzalez - Chief People Officer

Marco has 15+ years in the dental industry in human resources and recruiting. He has built an extensive network of professionals within the industry itself. Marco has built high volume recruiting and HR functions in several large multi-unit multi-speciality groups. In his spare time Marco coaches youth sports for his two sons, loves to golf, and is an amateur photographer.
