Hi Family. Linh here, my mom & I are the owners. There are darker days where it is harder to get up, but my fur-babies Happy, Zen, Kuro Kitty, and myself want to remind you: "Everything is Temporary", Everything.

Let's be grateful that we woke up to another day where we can create, take action, and bring our purpose to this beautiful world we live in. My team, family, community of people and animals that care about what I care about has helped me immensely. We must be strong and healthy to help others. You are not alone. We are all in this together.

There was so much to talk about, but we only had 4 minutes which went be super fast! Teresa who we were talking to has been vegetarian since she was 8 years old! Ah-mazing!

had a pumpkin blanket drive this Saturday! Visitors brought pumpkins and washed blankets, saw 189 Piggies, smashed some for stress relief, and were all ECO too!

Our friend Princess Pumpkin ivy retrieved over 100 pumpkins from a local farm that was going to discard them! Ah-mazing!

Pumpkins are great for fiber and the piggies eat them all up, no waste!

If you can't donate to Better Piggies, please donate your old pumpkins to your local animal rescue because cows, goats, pigs, chickens love them too!

Join us each week as we volunteer and learn so much about animal rescues and our community coming together to help each other!

Please join us to wish my Mama Ngan a very beautiful 67th birthday! She is the crazy beautiful unicorn spirit owner behind all 3 restaurants . If it wasn't for her, we wouldn't be here cooking for you.

We celebrate our grandma today that is not in this realm, but smiling from above. ❤️

Mama Ngan immigrated from the Vietnam War with nothing. She became vegetarian 34 years ago in 1990 when I was 7 years old, because she went through so much suffering from losing her home & family, she didn't want to cause any suffering onto others including animals. She inspired me to go veg soon within a month. We both became vegan in 2006 until now.

We grew up very poor, but happy. She worked really hard to take care of us. I remember her taking me to look at restaurants when I was 9 years in 1992, but she didn't have enough funds. Fast forward 17 years to 2009, she opens her first Loving Hut in Glendale with her life savings. Working 50 hours at her day job and sleeping at the restaurant making broth, cakes, & sauces for 7.5 years. Then quit her day job to open the in 2015 and the in 2020.

She has pure grit.
From the Vietnam War, being on a steel ship for 6 months, 6 months at a refugee camp in Hong Kong, and a near death experience in 1992 with a flash flood, she wants to be of service to all beings. To her, there is so much suffering in this world where we need to help each other as much as possible, until our last breath. This unwavering love language of "Service" is my mom in her the purest form.

The food that you experience here is from her love, her heritage from Vietnam that carries across nations. She lost her birth home at 20 years old, but she is so happy sharing a piece of her hometown with you, through her recipes and food. She calls Arizona her home now and we are very grateful to be here to cook for you. Thank you for your love and support.

We love fruit, but not fruit flies! My family has been doing this cruelty-free way for years! Ketchup or sweet fruit like melons, mangos, or apples works!

Please share! Fruit flies are harmless and should NOT be killed for loving fruit! Our Black Kuro Kitty agrees!
