Fun fact… I started my career in the broker world. I didn’t know you could get a mortgage by walking into a bank. I thought a mortgage broker was the only way. Fast forward 10yrs, I got a job at a bank selling mortgages and realized I had to turn away a good amount of business because a lot of scenarios didn’t fit in the box that this bank offered. Fast forward 10yrs and 2 more banks… I came back to where I belonged. 🥰

We are in a world of entrepreneurs, self employed, investors… the “traditional” loan doesn’t fit for us. That’s where brokers come in. What normally cannot be done when you walk into a bank looking for a home loan, can most likely be done in this world. 🏡
