Getting my RMR (resting metabolic rate) tested. I need 1900 calories per day to live if I do nothing.
Next is VO2 max where I’m riding a bike at an increasing load every 2-3 minutes with the mask on to see how quickly I process oxygen. Ended at 330 watts after 20 minutes after starting at 60 watts.
They said I’ll likely live a long time and if they were life insurers would write a big policy on me.
Pretty cool metrics. Will tell me different heart zones to work out at to increase performance or burn fat and looks at nutrition as well to see what foods effect you positively or negatively via their change to sugars/glucose levels.
