Fresh brisket, braised for hours, in an amazing concoction of seasonings and sauce until it’s tender and delicious. Served on top of homemade cheese and chive corn bread and topped with house made creamy delicious hollandaise.

Chili Colorado and Eggs
Tender chunks of sirloin simmered overnight in its own juice, New Mexico red chili, and spices until it’s tender and delicious. Served with 2 eggs, house potatoes, avocado and a fresh tortilla.

In this version you have a fresh, lightly fried and fluffy fry bread with homemade refried beans, house cooked pork green chili and shredded cheese. Traditional Fry Bread
Same delicious fry bread with homemade refried beans, seasoned ground beef, shredded cheese with lettuce and tomato. Also served with house potatoes. More traditional but still amazing!!

We love making enchiladas here at Sacks! These smoked pork carnitas rolled in white corn tortillas with a green chili enchilada sauce, melted Jack cheese and topped with 2 eggs are so hearty and flavorful. You will be so happy.

Brisket Breakfast Tacos:
Our amazing brisket smoked for 18 hours served on fresh grilled flour tortillas with homemade refried beans, seasoned diced potatoes and bacon. Topped with a fried egg, cotija cheese and salsa rojo. Served with jalapeño hash browns. These are amazing!

Cajun Shrimp and Gritts Benny:
House made cheesy grit cakes with grilled andouille sausage, and sautéed Cajun shrimp. Topped with poached eggs and creamy Cajun hollandaise sauce. This is a real treat!! Served with our house made breakfast potato’s.
