A1 Aeration
Lawn Aeration - $99.00 (1000 ft² or less)
Good morning and happy Saturday! I hope your summer lawns are greening up nicely and starting to look better. I would love to see some pictures of your lawn? Where are we all at (lawn wise) by mid-June?
Feel free to post a picture of your lawn (good or bad) on this thread.
Also, just a heads up to my clients that prefer to have their lawns Aerated later in the growing season. A1 Aeration will be unavailable from July 6th - August 18th. Feel free to reach out anytime before or after these dates. Thank you - Jesse
Night-time temperatures are in the 70's, summer grass is starting to grow strong, NOW is a great time for Core Aeration.
Core Aeration will help your soil retain more moisture, nutrients and oxygen for longer amounts of time. This will help your lawn spread and fill in those hard/compact trouble areas.
Helping communities get their common areas /greenbelts back in shape. Now's a great time to get Core Aeration - Jesse
If you installed a winter lawn this year, NOW is the time to take action to help your Bermuda Grass come back as strong as possible.
Cut your Winter Rye down very short to allow sunlight to reach the bermuda grass. Start watering two times per week if possible, currently at the rate of 0.75 inches/week. When you see the rye grass turning brown/yellow, fertilize - nitrogen at the rate of 0.5 - 0.75lbs per 1000ft². Make sure to fertilize in the evening and soak it in very well. Once you see the Bermuda Grass fully coming out of dormancy, I strongly recommend Core Aeration.
(This is a general statement for most common Bermuda Lawns and may not apply to all situations)

Now is the time to start considering Lawn Aeration! When your Bermuda Grass is fully coming out of dormancy, this is the first chance of the year to Aerate. I normally recommend right before or around your second fertilization of the growing season. - Jesse
