The summer heat is here!! ☀️🔥 With high weather temperatures and hot days for our crews we love to go the extra mile and support our crews with the proper hydration. Water and electrolytes are key to keeping our crews hydrated and energized. 💚

Our ProQual Team has been working on a rebate plan for one of our premier communities in Peoria, in collaboration with the City of Peoria and Arizona Water Services Department. This conservation and sustainability plan strategically removes non-utilized turf areas to help reduce water use while still creating beautiful landscape areas for the community. 💧🌿

It’s a win-win for our HOA board and community! 🏡🌿

A huge shoutout to Natalie and her incredible team at Desert Botanical Gardens for providing the perfect plant material to attract butterflies and other Sonoran Desert wildlife. 🏘️ Managing over 80 master-planned communities and using over a billion gallons of water annually, we have a huge responsibility to conserve every drop. That’s why 100% of the communities we manage are equipped with smart irrigation controllers. 📲 These systems allow us to make daily adjustments remotely based on the weather, saving an average of 20-30% on water usage compared to traditional methods! 💡🌿

🌵 Out with the Old, In with the New: Bid farewell to outdated shrubs! We’re bringing in a fresh look by removing old foliage and making room for desert-adaptive cacti that thrive in the Sonoran landscape.

🪨 Cobble Mix Installation: We’re laying down a new cobble mix across 12 sub-associations to make the gate and callbox’s pop and blend in with the natural surroundings.

Working closely with the Sonoran Foothills landscape committee and board of directors, our goal is to provide landscape management solutions to increase the value of your community!
