It is with deep honor and excitement that we introduce ourselves as the new owners of Rose Donuts. Our hearts are filled with gratitude to the previous owners, who, over the past 39 years, have poured their dedication into building not just a business, but a gathering place filled with warmth, friendship, and treasured memories. We are committed to carrying forward their legacy, preserving the heart of Rose Donuts that has meant so much to so many.

As we step into this role, our promise is simple: to honor what has come before us and to continue the tradition of quality, care, and community. You’ll still be greeted by familiar faces, like Charles behind the counter, and find the same delicious donuts made with love and attention to detail. Rose Donuts will remain a place where you can find comfort and connection.

We look forward to meeting each of you, hearing your stories, and becoming a part of this cherished community that feels like home. It’s truly a privilege to be here. From the very beginning, we felt the warmth and unique spirit of Temple City—a place that has always welcomed people as family. This connection with our community has inspired us deeply, and we’re thrilled to carry it forward in our own way.

Our dream is that Rose Donuts continues to be a place you can trust, a place you know, and a place that feels like a second home. We hope to be here for many years, becoming part of the fabric of this community. To our beloved Temple City community,

As we reflect on the past 39 years, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for each and every one of you who has supported us along this journey. Your continued patronage has meant the world to us, and we have truly been blessed to serve Temple City and the surrounding areas.

It has been a privilege to witness families support us for three generations. Seeing children grow up and then bringing their own children to Rose Donuts has filled our hearts with joy. The memories we’ve created together are treasures we will carry with us forever.

What began as a business has blossomed into countless friendships, some of which even have become as close as family. Thank you for being a part of our story.

Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to step down from our role as owners. As of Wednesday, October 16th, Rose Donuts will be under new management. While this decision is bittersweet, we are comforted knowing that the same great service and quality of products made by our beloved baker will proceed.

Please continue supporting Rose Donuts and showing the new owners the same love and support as we transition. Charles will continue to be a familiar face around there, as he’ll be there part-time, so you can still look forward to seeing him from time to time.

We are truly grateful to have been a staple in this community and will forever cherish the memories we've made together.

People need to stop targeting small businesses. Everyone is out here working hard to make a living.
