Please be advised that we are closed today Saturday 5/25 for renovations. Due to the recent outage, all perishable food items have been discarded. We will reopen on Monday and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We’re still looking for a day shift dishwasher is working from 11am-3pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 12pm-3pm & 5pm-9pm. Pay rate is $10-$12/hr depending on how you work; also you’ll get free meal after your shift. • Stand for long periods of time
• Lift, pick up and turn 25 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships
• Time management skill. Attention to detail and sanitation rules
• Food handler certificate requested
Responsibilities
• Collect used kitchenware from kitchen areas
• Load and unload dishwashing machines. Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
• Scrub, dry, and store pots, pans, utensils, by hand if necessary
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
• Clean counters, food preparation equipment
• Clean equipment storage
• Sweep and mop floor
• Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
• Handle kitchen trash,remove trash when necessary and rising garbage cans
• Follow sanitary policies at all times

We're taking three days off from Thursday 11/24 to Saturday 11/26 this year to celebrate Thanksgiving also to thank our staff ,who are working hard during staff shortage issue, so that they can have extra time to enjoy this moment with their families. We'll reopen as usual on Monday, November 28.
